Using Pawbi
Pawbi helps users organize pet care information, routines, journals, reminders, and general AI-assisted pet care guidance. You are responsible for the information you enter and for using Pawbi in a lawful, safe, and responsible way.
Not Veterinary Advice
Pawbi does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. AI responses, reminders, and educational content are informational only. For urgent symptoms, medication decisions, diagnosis, treatment, or emergencies, contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency clinic.
Accounts
You may need Sign in with Apple or another supported method to use server-backed features. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple account secure. Pawbi may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or violation of these terms.
Subscriptions and Billing
Pawbi may offer auto-renewable subscriptions such as Pawbi Plus. Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Prices, renewal terms, trials, cancellation, refunds, and billing management are handled according to Apple App Store rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
User Content
You keep ownership of pet profiles, care logs, notes, messages, and other content you add. You grant Pawbi permission to process that content to provide, secure, improve, and support the service. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse Pawbi, interfere with the service, reverse engineer private APIs, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not use Pawbi to generate harmful, illegal, abusive, or misleading content.
- Do not rely on Pawbi as your only source for urgent health or safety decisions.
AI Limitations
AI features can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inappropriate for your situation. Review AI output carefully and use independent judgment. Pawbi may limit, change, or disable AI features to protect reliability, safety, cost, or compliance.
Availability
We aim to keep Pawbi reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party provider outages, network problems, App Store issues, or infrastructure changes. We may modify or discontinue features over time.
Disclaimers and Liability
Pawbi is provided as available, without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pawbi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or pet health outcomes arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app, website, or other appropriate means. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
